The goods will be shipped within 2/3 working days. Shipping with these times is guaranteed only for products available in quantity > 0 (greater than zero).
The products will be shipped by express courier. Bulky goods shipments will not be handled with express couriers and delivery may take a few more days.
If the package arrives to the customer incorrectly sealed or with signs of tampering, it is necessary that the customer notifies the courier, adding the wording "with reserve" at the time of signing the waybill. In this way the customer is protected from any damage caused to the products during transport.
The customer who has received a tampered or damaged package, after accepting the "conditional" delivery, must check the contents of the package as quickly as possible and, in the event of missing or damaged goods, must report the incident to customercare@gonzagarredi.it.
